We are a holistic healing based organisation with a focus on individual & collective healing. Healing is an ongoing process that is integral for our ongoing health, wellbeing & resilience. All humans have unique pathways for healing so we provide as many door ways as possible for you to explore & discover practices that work for you.
We offer group classes & events in movement, yoga, breath, mindfulness & meditation, art, dance, theatre... We have also created space for you to work on an individual level with small team of psychologist , counsellor & Trauma Informed Body Therapist.
We believe healing is about relationship & being connected to community. Together we can create healing spaces, together we create heartplace.
