Improving Connection & Wellbeing
𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 welcomes all to our next 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 art-based open community Creative Expression group.
To be held in the welcoming space of the 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞, upstairs *(small set of steps and stairs to rooms) in the arty vibe of the 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞.
𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕...
*Each week, we’ll dive into a new theme and creative activity, designed to spark imagination, encourage connection, and celebrate self-expression.
*An opportunity to express your experiences, perspectives & story within a therapeutic art-based approach. A supportive space to create, share or just be.
To ensure a supportive space, places are limited. The main focus of creative expression is on your own process in artmaking, not the end result. No judgement attached, no art experience needed just a sense of openness to connect with your own creativity. 𝐓𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 -this program is not based on art classes

"I am a registered Counsellor (ACA) and a process-orientated Creative Arts Therapist (B. Couns, UNDA, GradDipArtTherapy, MU) working in the evidence-based psychotherapeutic field of Creative Expression. My approach firstly is to provide a welcoming, safe, open, non-judgmental, creative space for participants to explore and view conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings and beliefs. My belief is that image making within a therapeutic framework has tremendous potential for communication beyond words and for enhancing a sense of wellbeing.
My work is also based on an integrative approach combining the practice of Creative Arts/Expression and Mindfulness. I introduce art making in the present by using a multimodal approach of art mediums including drawing, painting, collage, clay work, expressive writing and music to develop a more cohesive sense of self, bringing together an increase of self-awareness and acceptance. It gives us permission to become a non-judgmental observer of ourselves and our own environments...I look forward to sharing love of art with you and exploring creative expression in the heart place space."
Through our collaboration with Envisage Creative Arts Therapies we can also come out to your organisation or community. Email Sharon to Enquire.
"Short film presentation explaining the four core healing practices-- movement, sound, storytelling through image, and silence through contemplative and self-regulatory practices. This is an introduction to the implicit experiences found in expressive work and particularly expressive arts therapy that is used as a way to understand and repair the body's experience of trauma."
