Limited to 10 Persons
Fiona has a wealth of experience to share in the area of creativity & the creative process.
Our day begins with some simple Vedic art principles making lines and shapes on paper.
Fiona will introduce art journaling which brings forth a sense of childlike innocence, self reflection & wonder.
We will be using a number of different techniques including creative writing, simple sketching, colour, collage and sound.

Standard Mental Health First Aid is a 12 hr course that teaches people how to offer initial support to adults who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.

Over this short term we play with the "Tend & Befriend" response of our nervous system to come together and co-regulate through simple therapeutic practices from Mindful Yoga, Heart Flow & Restorative Yoga.
The class begins with circle sharing, sharing of resources & understanding around the nervous system. The Intention of this class is to be 90% practice and to create a safe space to explore & connect. All Welcome.
