Refunds & Cancellations

*We have a no refund policy on purchase of class packs. 

*Unused classes within their time limit can be passed forward to another person please check in with us first. Email

*Time limits for use are 4 months from date of purchase.

* Where there is a medical reason to need an extension of time please Email. We care and want to hear from you.

*Individual Bookings for Workshops and trainings can be refunded in full up to 14 days before the training, 50% up to 7 days before the training. There is no refund for non attendance or cancellation under 7 days. 

* Space hire can be refunded in full up to 30 days before the event, 50% up to 14 days before the training. There is no refund for cancellation 14 days and under.

NOTE:

*Booking is a way of making an appointment so we know you are attending & numbers for each class. 

*Payment is separate either through the SHOP or alternatively direct to individual teacher or facilitator as some teachers have separate payment methods.
