This is our offering, a space where together we can sit and welcome ourselves home. A space for healing, for coming home to our bodies and present moment in our own timing and pace. There will be a variety of classes, trainings and workshops from Open Field Meditation, Meditation Days, Heart & Wings Mindfulness Training, Nature Retreat days and more.
Heartplace will be creating the space for a variety of meditation classes. While we recognise the benefits of consistency and regularity in practice we are inspired to offer the opportunity for you to explore a range of practices and for community to simply to be in shared space together.

Humming is practiced as a way of calming and creating space for meditation in many traditions. Nadabrahma is a sitting meditation, an old Tibetan technique adapted by Osho. Over one hour we move through three stages which include humming, mindful hand movements, followed by silence. Nadabrahma is practiced with specifically created Meditation music that supports the different stages. This event is donation based. Please book to ensure spacing and comfort in our meditation space.
